Viva Fiorenza 3.0: The Jet That Brings the Renaissance to the Road
There’s a city that needs no introduction, and there’s a helmet that embodies it. Viva Fiorenza 3.0 is the third iteration in the series that MM Independent has dedicated to Florence: a shell as white as the marble of a facade, the Gothic inscription “Viva Fiorenza” in red at the center, and heraldic lilies in gold and purple running along the side panels all the way to the nape of the neck. This isn’t just a graphic applied to a helmet—it’s a helmet designed around a graphic. And when a headlight shines on it, the Chrometech® finishes reflect the light, transforming the design into real safety.
In summary:
Numbered series — 300 pieces, each with its own serial number
ECE 22.06 — the most recent type approval, valid throughout Europe
Chrometech® reflective finishes — true visibility in the dark
Entirely made in Italy — from the shell to the paint finish
Scratch-resistant spherical visor with UV filter — ready to use, no additional accessories required
300 pieces, and that's it
Each piece in the series bears its own sequential number (for example, 1/300), which can be customized upon request and subject to availability. Once the run is complete, the design is no longer reproduced: that is the very essence of a limited edition. Anyone who buys one today is taking to the streets with a piece that, in a few years, will no longer be available for order.
How Chrometech® Works
Most colors reflect light only under favorable conditions. Chrometech® is a reflective color that responds to light in any lighting condition: when exposed to a car’s headlights, it reflects the light beam back instead of absorbing it, making the helmet visible from much greater distances than a traditional color. During the day, it offers depth and brilliance; at night, whether in the city or on the open road, it provides an extra margin of safety without compromising on design.
What the graphic shows
The white shell serves as the backdrop for a story told through symbols. At its center stands the Gothic inscription “Viva Fiorenza” in bright red—the cry the city has used for centuries as its signature. Running along the purple and red bands is the heraldic lily in red and gold, while a pattern of stylized purple lilies on a black background, finished in gold, evokes the Medici coat of arms. On the back and sides, the lettering “MM” and “FIRENZE” complete the tribute to the city that gave birth to the brand. The result is a helmet that’s recognizable from afar—and that continues to tell a story even up close.

Why a helmet that's truly made in Italy
In an industry that has moved almost all of its production overseas, MM Independent has kept its entire supply chain within Italy. It’s a choice that costs more, and it’s reflected in five specific ways:
Traceable supply chain — you know where every component of your helmet comesfrom
Italian quality controls — among the strictest production standards in the world
Certified paint finishes — complex finishes that require expert hands, not automated processes
Customer service that works closely with production — the person who answers knows exactly how the product is made
Genuine replacement parts available — visors and liners can be replaced, so the helmet lasts
Each helmet comes with the official "Made in Italy " sticker and the manufacturer's warranty.
