Delivery methods, costs, and terms

Products are shipped exclusively within Europe and to destinations outside Europe, in accordance with the terms and rates set forth below. Delivery is considered complete upon transfer of physical possession or control of the product to the customer.

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, the Seller is no longer liable for any damage incurred during shipping. We therefore urge you to always check the condition of the packaging before signing the shipping document (DDT). In the event of tampering, damage, or any other irregularities, you must immediately report them to the courier and either refuse the delivery or accept it with reservations.

Shipping costs

  • Italy:

    • Orders under €209: €8.50

    • Orders of €209 or more: Free shipping

  • Europe (EU): €25

  • Switzerland and Monaco: €35

  • Other non-EU countries: Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the destination country at the time of order.

During the checkout process, shipping costs will be clearly listed in the order summary, along with any additional fees, before the user proceeds to payment.

Delivery Options

Products can be delivered:

  • tothe mailing address provided by the user (Home Delivery);

  • or, if available, at a “Pick&Pay” pickup location that you can select when placing your order.

Tracking and Timelines

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link so you can monitor the delivery status.

Home delivery

The courier will deliver the items to the address provided, with delivery to the street level (unless otherwise specified or if delivery to the floor is available). If the recipient is not home, a delivery notice will be left with instructions for pickup or redelivery.

If the package is not picked up within 3 calendar days of the second day following the notification, the contract may be deemed terminated by operation of law, and the Seller will retain the payment. Any subsequent shipments will incur additional costs to be borne by the customer (storage, return, and redelivery).

Delivery Information

If there are any specific instructions regarding the delivery location (restricted traffic zones, reception desk, delivery times, etc.), these must be provided at the time of ordering. In the event of omissions or incorrect information, any additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
